Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Every sit works with the iPhone alone — the Watch adds heart sensing, on-wrist trials, and quiet haptics, but nothing is ever locked behind it. Without any sensing at all, you can always simply sit.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone, nowhere else. Shoshin has no accounts and no cloud. See the Privacy Policy — it's short.

How do refunds work?

Purchases run through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase. Restoring a purchase on a new device happens inside the app — "Restore purchase" on the unlock screen.

Which languages does Shoshin speak?

English and German — fully: every guided sit, the breath guidance, and the onboarding are voiced in both languages. Switch anytime in Settings → Language; Shoshin reopens in your chosen language.
